We believe that a policy of Fairness Inclusion and Respect (FIR) is not only the right thing to do, it is also critical to the success of any business.

In 2012 we were awarded Investors in Diversity (IiD) Level 2 status and we were reaccredited in 2015. In 2017 we embarked on a new programme and subsequently were accredited to Level, Leaders in Diversity.

The approach is built around three key areas:

Fairness: Treating everyone as individuals according to their needs and being totally unbiased

Inclusion: Making everyone feel a key part of the business and valuing the different skills that everyone brings to the team

Respect: Creating an atmosphere where all can succeed regardless of backgrounds and beliefs.
